Delivery and Return policy

1. Returns
 

At Nolo Fragrances, customer satisfaction is important to us. Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
     

2. Non-Returnable Items
 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Fragrance oils that have been tampered with

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
     

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
 

If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Nolo Fragrances within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Photos or videos of the product

  • Order number or proof of purchase

Eligible customers may receive:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A refund where applicable
     

4. Refunds
 

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Nolo Fragrances.
 

5. Exchanges
 

Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products, subject to stock availability.
 

6. Return Shipping
 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
